Credible Health Solutions (CHS) provides Mental Health Targeted Case Management (MHTCM) and Skills Training for children, youth, and adults. Services focus on strengthening daily living skills, improving emotional and behavioral functioning, and connecting individuals and families to community-based resources. Services are delivered in the home, school, or other approved community settings. CHS is expanding services and will soon offer outpatient counseling.
